MedVoyage Global exists because navigating medical care abroad should not feel like a leap of faith. We are the people who have done the research, built the relationships, and will walk every step of this journey with you.
It started with people we loved. Our founders watched family members and close friends delay — or simply give up on — treatments that could have changed their lives. Not because the care did not exist, but because finding it, trusting it, and getting there felt impossibly complicated.
We knew world-class specialists and internationally accredited facilities existed across dozens of countries. We also knew that most patients had no way to find them confidently, no one to ask the right questions on their behalf, and no one to be there if something unexpected happened.
So we built MedVoyage Global to be exactly that — the trusted guide we wished our own families had. We are not doctors and we do not practice medicine. What we do is connect people with carefully vetted specialists, handle every logistical detail, and stay present throughout the entire journey.
We cannot promise any particular medical outcome — no one honestly can, and anyone who tells you otherwise should give you pause. What we can promise is that you will never face this alone, that every recommendation we make is one we stand behind, and that your wellbeing is the only thing that drives our decisions.
We only introduce patients to facilities that meet internationally recognized accreditation standards — JCI or equivalent. We visit our partner clinics in person before recommending them to anyone, and we keep visiting. If something ever falls short, they come off our list. It's that simple.
We are not a search engine or a booking widget. When you reach out, a real person reads your message, thinks about your situation, and calls you back. Your coordinator stays with you — through the planning, the travel, the treatment, and the recovery. You are never handed off to a call center.
Our connections with specialists and clinics across 15+ countries were built slowly, through personal visits, patient follow-ups, and honest conversations. We know who takes exceptional care of international patients — and we know who to steer clear of. That knowledge is what you are accessing when you work with us.
We are transparent about how we work: our service is free to patients because our partner facilities compensate us for referrals. That means we only recommend facilities we genuinely believe in — our reputation depends on it. We will always tell you what we know, including the things that might give you pause.
We are a small team on purpose. Every person here is someone you can reach directly — someone who knows your name, remembers your situation, and genuinely cares how things go for you.
Ali came to this work after navigating his own medical journey abroad — alone, without a guide, and with more anxiety than he needed. He joined MedVoyage so no one else would have to go through that. He oversees every patient touchpoint and takes it personally when something falls short.
Sayeh speaks four languages and has coordinated journeys for patients from all walks of life — from first-time travelers to people who have been abroad dozens of times. Her calm, thorough approach has made her the coordinator patients ask for by name.
Sara travels constantly — visiting clinics, meeting specialists, and asking the hard questions most people never think to ask until something goes wrong. Her job is to make sure every facility in our network deserves to be there.
Behind every patient journey is a trusted network of dozens of carefully vetted international partners — local coordinators, specialist liaisons, and on-the-ground concierge professionals across 15+ countries. They work hand-in-hand with our US team to curate services, navigate local systems, and ensure every patient feels supported from the moment they land to the moment they return home.
We are not medical professionals, and we are upfront about that. What we are is rigorous, careful, and deeply invested in the quality of every facility we recommend. Here is how we decide who makes the list — and who does not.
We only consider facilities that hold JCI accreditation or a recognized national equivalent. This is the floor, not the ceiling — accreditation tells us a facility meets a baseline. We then go further.
Before we recommend any clinic, someone from our team visits in person. We walk the facility, meet the staff, observe how they treat patients, and ask the questions a patient might not know to ask.
We collect and review feedback from patients we have referred — not just star ratings, but real conversations about what went well and what did not. Patterns matter to us.
Being in our network is not a permanent status. We revisit partner facilities regularly, and if a clinic's standards slip or a patient experience falls short, we address it directly — and remove them if needed.
A conversation costs nothing. Tell us what you are considering and we will share everything we know — honestly, without pressure, and with your best interests as the only agenda.
